Social Media and Content Manager

We are looking for a Social Media and Content Manager to join the NOCO team. If you are a self-starter, creative, and want to be part of a quickly growing small team, this is the perfect role for you! We need someone to curate beautiful and thoughtful content, run our social media accounts and help increase and manage our D2C sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Familiarize yourself with the NOCO brand and website to create content that supports brand awareness and customer engagement  
  • Foster relationships with online customers, following up on orders and managing e-commerce sales for weekly deliveries
  • Develop and implement content strategy for all social platforms
  • Use NOCO products to cook recipes and edit demonstration videos for social platforms (must be comfortable cooking, styling food, and creating video content)
  • Create successful social media ad campaigns that will generate sales/leads
  • Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
  • Respond to customer queries through social networks
  • Work with relevant influencers or complementary brands to grow the company’s social following organically
  • Write copy and manage performance of paid media including google display and search campaigns  
  • Optimize digital campaigns to generate leads/sales

Qualifications for Content Manager

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Loves solving problems and is a self-starter that feels motivated to take action without needing additional prompts or reminders from supervisors
  • Likes to work independently on projects
  • Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports NOCO’s brand identity
  • Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
  • Advanced written communication skills and an ability to write and read copy in English
  • Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices
  • Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objective
  • Understanding of image/video editing software or apps  
  • Basic technical knowledge of MS Office and Shopify
